This sounds like kinda crazy, but this is what i'm gonna do to get rid of my fats...
Start of program 22 Dec 2010 Weight 98.8kg
Day 1 - 1/2 bowl of salad for lunch, 1/2 bowl of a KFC large coleslaw for dinner
Day 2 - Chicken rice for dinner(Eat only the meat, no rice)
Day 3 - 1 bowl of rice noodle soup for lunch, a small potion of plain fried beehoon for dinner
Day 4 - Eat nothing at all, onli drank 2 glasses of milk when feel hungry
Weight - 96.2kg
Day 5 - Christmas Party Feast
Day 6 - Wanton Soup for breakfast and drink milk for dinner
Weight - 95.2kg
Day 7 - Beehoon with pork knuckle for dinner and prawn noodle for supper
Day 8 - Economy Rice for dinner and Fried Noodle for supper
Day 9 - Eat 3 pieces of Famous Amos Cookies
Weight - 94.2
Day 10 - full day meal
Day 11 - porridge for lunch, veg rice for dinner
Weight - 93.8
Oh my god... So many days never update. Did I gain weight? I didn. Currently weight is 92.4 (17 Jan 2011)
25 Jan 2011 weight 89.8kg. What I ate? Less meat, more fruits, pick only vegetable to put inside your mouth from the dinning table
